How an AI consulting project runs

  1. AI audit. An honest assessment along the four pillars: processes and organisation, data hygiene, infrastructure and compliance. At the end you know where the largest benefits sit and what needs to be put in order first. From CHF 800 excluding VAT, combined with training, including modules 1 and 2 of the company AI training programme, free of charge for two people.
  2. Concept and strategy. The findings turn into a plan for your business: which tasks are worth it, which tools fit them, and in what order to proceed.
  3. Implementation and training. We build the setup with you and train your staff. You can also hand implementation to us as a service.
